Ada Ehi: Gospel Music Not For Those Who Seek Fame

Gospel singer Ada Ehi has firmly stated that the gospel music industry is not a space for those who seek fame. In an interview with Sunday Scoop, she shared insights about her journey and the deeper purpose behind her music.

Ada Ehi clarified that her involvement in gospel music is not a choice but a calling. She explained, “I didn’t choose gospel music; I have a calling to minister to people. Music is my gift and platform for expression. Gospel music isn’t merely a genre; it’s music that embodies the presence of God. My music is faith-based, and I incorporate that faith into my work.”

Addressing the distractions some may face within the industry, Ehi was clear about the true purpose of gospel music. “Gospel music is not for fame seekers. You are a messenger. It’s crucial to become familiar with the message, the gospel, and the Messenger.”

Reflecting on her journey so far, Ada expressed both gratitude and faith in the future. “I have no regrets. I trust God for how far I’ve come, and I am confident that He who began this good work will perfect it. My relationship with God is essential for my growth.
