How I Almost Lost My Life Through Firing Squad Buchi
Buchi Atuonwu, a Nigerian gospel singer, shared a story of how he almost lost his life facing a firing squad. He shared this during an interview on Channels Television Morning Brief programme. The were lined up to be killed.
The people who were to execute them were already kneeling before them ready to fire.

The award-winning singer, Buchi Atuonwu, revealed that he and others were once lined up for execution, with the firing squad ready. He shared that he prayed to God for help, promising to serve Him if saved. Since that incident, Buchi has dedicated his life to God.
At a point in my life, we were lined up for execution. It is true that the people that were to execute us, were kneeling before us, ready to fire. I called out to a God that I didn’t know that if He saves me, I will serve him. He saved me from that firing squad and I devoted my life to serving him.”
